OPENING MONOLOGUE: A new law, created by the Las Vegas local government regarding marijuana lounges, officially passes; however, it’s not exactly what people were hoping for – at least for the next year. Nonetheless, marijuani lounges in LV are now legal with important restrictions.

ANECDOTE: A local Catholic church has a tour group going to a famous chapel, then after that visit a group lunch at a nearby club, all regular things. Next, those on the tour have a choice, spend the next hours at a science museum or a CASINO. If you choose the casino, you get $10 in free slot play.  This strange combo of religion and casino gambling demonstrates how mainstream casinos have become in the 41 states that have legalized casino gambling. How about that!  Who knew?

Monopoly Craps

Think of the point numbers as streets and avenues. 4th, 5th 9th 10th streets, 6th and 8th avenues. The table is your town. We suggest placing 5th street and 6th and 8th avenues to begin the game. Here’s the sequence to follow.

Step 1  Buy a property or more on any street or avenue by placing it (a point number).

Step 2  Collect the rent when the dice land on this property that you bought (placed).

Step 3  Improve the property by pressing it 1 unit or buy more properties with the winnings until all streets are covered. 

OPTION A:  Use the field to help you do this a little faster if you own property on  5th street and 6th and 8th avenues.

Step 4 Collect the rents, then press or buy more properties. 

Step 5 Keep Repeating step 3

Step 6    When you reach your “personal” hotel level just collect without improving this property anymore. Again when you stop “improving properties” you own a hotel.

OPTION B: Once all the streets and avenues are owned (point numbers), collect rents and improve by pressing until you want to take a break by taking some time “off.” Tell the dealer which numbers are off.

DETAIL: Remember that your Hotel is the maximum amount of money that you want to invest on any street or avenue.. Say it’s $50 or $60 on one street or avenue. At your call, take your other selected properties off of the market by getting an “off button” for them 

OPTION C: When you want to wait for a new shooter, You can also take the hotels off and wait for a new vacation season (new shooter). 

Have fun – you are playing “MONOPOLY CRAPS.’  In Monopoly Craps as with any strategy  the investor can also go bankrupt just like the board game so play wisely.

Chp.1  “Call the police!”  Why?  We are angry and we are gamblers.  Everyone probably has been angry after losing at a casino slot machine, table game or sports betting. Yet how do most people stay under control? Screaming and rage are not going to help solve a gaming problem. Realize that you are responsible for your emotions so swearing, slamming the table, threatening is not going to help. Expressing anger as rage may help a casino gambler feel better, but it is not going to help his/her case with the casino management. 

Nonetheless, from the no call pass interference that probably kept the New Orleans Saints out of the Super Bowl, to the very questionable 5 minute major penalty against the Golden Knights Hockey Team in the NHL playoffs, to the Kentucky Derby 2019 disqualification of Maximum Security and two angry incidents that we recently witnessed at a Craps Table — we have to calm down. So let’s examine this gambling and anger problem in Casino Group Therapy today and reason together.

Nevada Slot Machines (135,000 of them) made 600 million in casino wins in February, Table games made 403 million casino wins in February. Super Bowl casts big wins for Nevada Sports Books on prop bets. Growth of Sports Books in several states does not seem to have hurt the Nevada Sports Books at all.

Tourists still pour into Las Vegas at record rates even though they gamble less. 42 million tourists last year visited Las Vegas. Average room rate $130 before resort fees and taxes. *** Many of our podcasts listeners get some room comps if not totally free rooms. 

Millennials DO know how to play poker.  Stop saying that they do not know how to gamble.  They are killers in the poker rooms. Know that many Las Vegas attractions do not involve gambling: … drinking, dining, dancing, big time show productions, hiking, swimming, enjoying the sun, and upscale shopping- all have little or nothing to do with gambling. For us at Casino USA, we gamble bigger in local casinos than in Las Vegas.

4. Customer Service Issues at Casino Resorts. Gamblers are CUSTOMERS. Hotel Guests are CUSTOMERS. Some casino and hotel workers get that; some do not. We have standards of Customer Service that we expect to receive and will report those who do not give it. Do the same.

“3-2-1 Craps,” a craps pass line betting scheme for low rollers, created by Casinos USA and produced by ColorUp’s Jeremy Elerick for YouTube has surpassed 80,000 views in just 6 months. Consider our “Deal or NoDeal” (video) play from the Don’t Pass line as well, which was also produced by ColorUp and Jeremy. Jeremy put it on live and our system produced winnings of  $193 profit in less than 22 minutes, the length of the video.

Vegas Crimes: A recent robbery took place at the Bellagio Casino Resort’s poker cage. The thief robbed the cage and ran outside where a policeman shot the robber after the robber first fired at another policeman. The robber died a few days later in a hospital. The Las Vegas police officer was also shot as mentioned, but his vest saved his life. He was examined and released from the hospital quickly. More Shooting! Also there was a multiple shooting at the El Cortez Casino Hotel on the 5th floor.  All involved have been arrested. The cause of the shooting seems unclear to this date.  Nevada with its western history is an open carry state (gun laws). Coach Fav explains how guns easily can get be brought into a Casino or a hotel.

(Speaking of guns) Coach Fav unknowingly takes a loaded shotgun in his golf bag to a Las Vegas Country Club for a golf outing. Wait until you hear what happened next.

A Saint Patrick Day tale (from years ago)  by Coach Fav’s is presented followed by a news report of a big, big win in Las Vegas on Saint Patrick’s Day 2019 ( a million dollar win) at the Plaza Hotel in downtown Las Vegas on a progressive Monopoly Millionaire Slot Machine.  Wow!

The casino variety of Three Card Poker was first created by Derek Webb in 1994 and patented in 1997. Webb tried to get the correct mix of three important factors for any casino game: 

1.  the game rules were easy to understand,
